There are over 700 students in my philanthropic efforts. From middler schoolers in economically disadvantaged schools to the top picks in college sports. Mentorship is as important as money. We give in numerous ways. Our most effective effort is in explaining to students the next steps in life.
What I have found is that once a student has a tangible outlet for their goal they conquer it. The must disruptive student becomes the over achiever. So we help channel their energy an efforts into a winning solution.
Defining career objectives, organizing tangible mentors, contacts in HR with the guidelines and requirements to a career path.
We launched KidsTechSummit which brought CEOs and sports figures to back to schools to share their experiences on how to make it.
